Acadian Companies Chairman & CEO Richard Zuschlag announced today that Acadian Total Security (ATS) Director of Operations Brandon Niles has been promoted to the role of Senior Director following the retirement of President Blane Comeaux.
As senior director, Niles is responsible for the management and oversight of all Acadian Total Security departments and will lead the strategic development of the company.
Niles has been with Acadian since 2010. In 2013, he was named a department manager, overseeing ATS’ monitoring centers in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Chicago, Illinois. He was promoted to operations director in 2016, managing the day-to-day operations.
Former Acadian Total Security President Blane Comeaux said, “It takes a team, and we have built a great team of leaders in ATS. Led by Brandon, with Director of Sales & Marketing Jason Brown, Director of Operations Al Lanclos and Billing Operations Manager Angie LaGrange, our team has a mature, yet young enough, foundation to direct the company in the future. I am inspired by their ideas for growth and for being a vital component of Acadian Companies, and I have complete confidence that this team will carry out the Acadian mission.”
Niles holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas. He holds security licenses in Louisiana, Arizona and Delaware. Additionally, he serves as a director on The Monitoring Association’s board and is a co-chair of its education committee. He is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Lafayette class and was selected as a Security Systems News Top 20 Under 40 honoree in 2018.
