Brandon Niles
Vice President, Acadian Companies, Overseeing Acadian Monitoring Services
As Vice President, Brandon is responsible for the management and oversight of all Acadian Total Security departments and will lead the strategic development of the division.
Brandon has been with Acadian since 2010. In 2013, he was named a department manager, overseeing the monitoring centers in Chicago, Illinois, and Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was promoted to operations director in 2016 and managed the day-to-day operations of Acadian Total Security’s various departments.
Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and working on his license for the State of Louisiana. He holds security licenses in Louisiana, Arizona and Delaware, and serves as a director on The Monitoring Association’s board and is a co-chair of its education committee. Brandon is also a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Lafayette class and was selected as a Security Systems News Top 20 Under 40 honoree in 2018.

Angela Lagrange
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Angela spearheads operational excellence across regional offices in Lafayette, Houma, and Baton Rouge. Her responsibilities include collaborating with market supervisors and senior leadership to set objectives, optimize operational performance, and develop and implement growth strategies that align with company values, business goals, and overall mission. Furthermore, she also plays a pivotal role in leading future growth and geographical expansion as the point person for strategic acquisitions.
Angela started at Acadian in 2007 when she was hired as an alarm dispatcher and later worked as a customer service and inside sales representative. In 2011, she was promoted to accounts receivable specialist and also served as the billing department supervisor. Angela stays involved in her community by volunteering as a United Way reader in Lafayette Parish schools.

Albert Lanclos
Director of Operations
Al oversees operations in the Lafayette, Houma and Lake Charles service areas, and manages the installation and service departments while looking for ways to grow them. He has a special focus on providing the best customer service and overall customer experience.
Al is a graduate of Port Barre High School and has 20 years of security operations experience.
