How It Works
1. A Noonlight alarm is created
An alarm can be initiated manually by a user within the Noonlight application. Or through one of many automatic triggers, such as a car crash detected through smartphone sensors, heavy smoke or carbon monoxide detected through smoke detector sensors, or a medical emergency detected through wearable sensors.
2. We confirm help is needed
Once an alarm is created, our certified operators immediately text or call the user. If the user does not cancel the alarm using their Noonlight PIN, we notify the nearest PSAP based on location.
3. First responders to the rescue
Empowered with the user’s profile, accurate location, and critical context, first responders arrive on scene ready to take action.
